Owen and Vince
Although Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn's work in Wedding Crashers might be the funniest buddy comedy performance ever, their audio commentary for the dvd could easily be number two. These two guys play off of each other better than any team i've heard. Other audio commentaries that I've watched recently that are worth taking a look at; Talladega Nights, Old School, Monsters Inc.

DJ Gallo is funny
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Camp To-Do: Find another go-to receiver
Joey Galloway is 36. Ike Hilliard is 33. The Buccaneers need a younger receiver to step up. They think Michael Clayton can do it, but I have my doubts. I recently watched a DVD of "Michael Clayton," and while there were some strong performances, I thought it was too slow.
St. Louis Rams
Camp To-Do: Stay healthy
A slew of injuries last year led to a disastrous 3-13 season with few highlights. In fact, here is the entirety of the 2007 Rams highlights DVD.

The Wire?

It was some time during last year when a couple of tv lovers, Lochness and Linus told me they had started watching 'the wire.' They said that it was really tough to get through and they never ended up finishing the first season. Now as a guy who loves television and prides himself in the fact that I can watch ep upon ep, I didn't think when I started 'the wire' anything of the sort would happen to me. Because 'the wire' is always touted as one of the best shows in recent tv past, and it is only ten or twelve episodes long, I was surprised that the exact same thing has begun to happen to me. I watched the first four episodes off and on over a two week period, but that was back in june. I have since not watched a single episode and instead watched the entire second season of rome and numerous movies. I will, at some point finish the first season of the wire, but at this point I'm not really looking forward to it.

Sopranos

I just finished the thirteen episodes of season 1 of The Sopranos. I began watching it because two big tv guys (larry and jaydon) said it was in their top three shows of all time. With that in mind, I was pretty disappointed in the season. I am assuming these guys can't remember this far back because this one season of sopranos didn't even compare to heroes, and let's not even try to compare it to lost. As most shows do, I'm assuming it will get better as the seasons go on, but there was just not that much excitement for a show dealing with so much killing. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the show, but it was mostly the last three episodes that were doing it for me. I'm gonna take a break from sopranos and take a look at the wire. we'll see what happens.
